Manufacturer certification

Manufactured by Jiangsu Delfu Medical Devices Co., Ltd. under an ISO 13485:2016 quality management system certified by TÜV Rheinland LGA Products GmbH (certificate SX 2181097-1, valid to 24 March 2028), covering the design, manufacture and distribution of pen injectors.

The pen injector holds an EU Certificate under Regulation (EU) 2017/745 (certificate HZ 2181097-1) as a Class I device with measuring function. The Notified Body’s scope is limited to conformity with the metrological requirements — that is, the accuracy of the dose measurement — rather than to the device as a whole. EUDAMED registration CN-MF-000025795.

The housing is moulded from CHIMEI POLYLAC ABS, which its safety data sheet classifies as not hazardous in the polymeric state. All three documents are linked below.
