Stock is held in the UK and dispatched quickly, discreetly and always by Royal Mail Tracked 24.

Processing & dispatch

Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day; anything later goes out the next working day. Once dispatched, delivery is by Royal Mail Tracked 24. You’ll receive tracking so you can follow your parcel to the door.

Orders are packed plainly and securely, with no indication of contents on the outer packaging. Items are labelled for research use only.

EU orders — import responsibility

For deliveries outside the UK, you are the importer of record. Any customs duties, import VAT, taxes or clearance requirements are your responsibility, and it is your responsibility to ensure the items may lawfully be imported into your country. We cannot be held responsible for parcels held, delayed or seized by customs.

Tracking & issues

If tracking shows a delay or non-delivery, contact our contact form with your order number and we’ll investigate with the carrier. See our Returns policy for damaged or incorrect orders.
