GHRH-analog peptides in research: CJC-1295 and PEG-MGF

CJC-1295
CJC-1295 is described in the literature as a growth-hormone-releasing-hormone (GHRH) analogue — a modified peptide used to study that signalling pathway in research models.
PEG-MGF
PEG-MGF is a pegylated form of mechano growth factor. Pegylation (attaching polyethylene-glycol chains) is a common chemistry technique researchers use to change a peptide’s solubility and handling — a useful example of how modification is studied.
