Why we take payment this way

We're a research-use-only supplier, and we'd rather be straightforward about what that means. Mainstream card processors don't serve this sector, so we take payment two ways instead: directly from your bank via Fena, or in cryptocurrency. With Fena, payment goes directly from your bank to ours through the UK's open banking network — we never see, handle or store card details, and there's nothing on file to be compromised.
